RE:RE:Spin out

With the gold spinout that is set to happen with our friends at HPQ, HPQ will retain 20% ownership of the NewCo after spinout and will dividend the rest out as shares in the new company (with a graduated release as a safety mechanism to prevent sharp sell-off). I would imagine that PYR would do something similar and retain some ownership in the 3d newco to further profit from the deal.
