Just take one thing from this - I do not type lies on this BB. Anything I have typed here is either fact/opinion/or gut feeling - you can take that to the Bank. I sure hope things work out for PLI, as I can tell there are quite a few here who will be devastated if this should fail and go back to pennies, as they will hang in to the bitter end.
