RE:Yes OSK will soon be making a buyout offer for BFD....Knowing Osiskos takeover history (I.E the 4 way merger to Oban), they'll try and screwover BFD shareholders in a share swap. OSK shares are already extremely high(definitely overvalued given its timeline towards production - at least 3-4 years.

If a takeover does take place by OSK in the next few months, which I don't think it's likely I will sell at whatever the takeover price is while BFD is still BFD.
