Sorry, maybe i'm misunderstanding this but isn't this a good thing since "Now there is no legal bar in continuing Moudud's trial at Dhaka's Special Court-9."?

TBH, with all the BS articles, its hard to keep track of what's what. 

If there's no legal ground in continuing the trail, wouldn't that mean NKO should be free (eventually)?
