RE:REVERSE SPLIT AND HUGE INSIDER BONUSES!!I cannot see any news release about the 5:1 consolidation?

About the Dividend -
If you want dividends go buy the large cap miners.
Never seen a small cap miner give dividends because they need all their money to reinvest in the company. If you are expecting a dividend for TGZ dont hold your breath...

Also insiders always give themselves stock option it is only when the stock price is falling that investors complain.
