RE:T/D <>T/D BYPASS TRADES CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME?

RE:T/D <>T/D BYPASS TRADES CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME?I have no idea Driller, but my guess would be its an algorithim.
Why buy and sell so much? Could be individuals both using TD or CIBC and they are matching bids and asks, but I doubt it as they seem to hit the low bid over and over to knock it down a penny or two, and then bring it back up and........wash, rinse and repeat.

Lot of buying and selling by TD, with the average price of those retained being .788

House Positions for C:HRT from 20170412 to 20170412
House Bought $Val Ave Sold $Val Ave Net $Net
79 CIBC 493,119 389,869 0.791 89,789 71,426 0.795 403,330 -318,443
7 TD Sec 567,866 449,012 0.791 377,656 297,438 0.788 190,210 -151,574

Again, I have no real clue, but that would be my guess. Perhaps an icentive to get as much as they can at a certain price for either the house or a client.

Stock in a box.
