Are you a medical patient? If you've tried product from both companies there are two reasons they might be different in personal preference. The first is strain, they both sell different products. The second is post-harvest processing, they have to do quality control tests and treat the product so it's free of microorganisms (I believe they have to heat treat the product). I think, but I'm not 100% sure that they have different post-harvest processing protocols.
