RE:Are you guys kidding me??So why are you here and not heeding your advice? I guess I can't trust the logic of what you are saying can I?
Here is some logic for ya:
Made 600% on initial investment of a combination of bullion, real estate, in and out of a few mid/large cap gold stocks, Blackberry and Manulife.........since 2004. If I started with a half of a million, and these are safe stocks/assets, what is my incentive going forward to earn those kind of returns? (They have been maxed so I look now for holding 90% of my assets and make 5% a yr avg....and then leaving 10% of my stack to gamble on opportunities!!)
So, how illogical am I going over to hard assets at their max in the business cycle (real estate) and suppressed commodities (ponzied to death with all kinds of projections)? Why not invest in bottom end tech to realize a run up if its product has value? Or for that matter, investing in many micro-tech companies with the same pedigree using some of my 10% 'play' allocation?
If you are a newbie.....go over and play with the big boys then, I get that....but don't come over here and pooh pooh an undervalued stock that is poised for breakout....you will eventually realize that the large cap street there is just as dangerous as this pennystock street because of this now unprecedented 7-8 yr market bull,.......it may take you a little while and some pain to figure that out but I bet you that if I took 10 pennystocks that I will get far greater gains than my allocations of my safe stocks.....right now...
In these times of deflation and shrinking/stagnant growth......look at tech to lead the way or wait for wars and stupidity to be your angle....for me, no thanks. I would rather gamble on tech in these times and grabbing a tiger by the tail like SJL seems to be a nice littel gamble namely because there are potential synergies to align with the #1 valuated car company in America.......and yes, they are high tech just like SJL....
You say watch before you cross the street or the street is too dangerous.....and I say, lets give this street a chance.
