RE:QuestionNot a chance, that would give the black market an oportunity to fill in, exactly what the goverment DOESN'T want. That's why the goverment will probably go with an age of 19, to prevent the kids from going to the black market. It's already predicted we can't fully supply recreational with the operations we have now, so they're predicting a coming shortage.
