That's an interesting thought. But it could be that they're still testing. Like most, I assumed it would've been done by now, but I went back and checked their March 13th NR, and they did actually say "the second phase of the study commenced in February, 2017 and is expected to be completed in late April, 2017". This suggests that there is no delay.
