RE:RE:Correct me if i am wrong but....A warrant is sometimes attached when a company does a public issue. The intention of course is to facilitate the sale of shares. Each warrant entitles the owner to buy a specific number of shares or part share at a specific price for specific length of time. If the warrant is exercised the owner pays the company the agreed upon price. The company issues new shares to cover the warrants. The investor now has shares he can hold or sell into the market. In this case SR exercised his warrants. I believe they were .15 and probably due. On Dec 31, 2013 there were 35.8 warrants. On Dec. 31, 2015 there were 44.4M and as of today there are 28M. So about 16M warrants have been exercised since Dec 31, 2016 at prices ranging from 10 to 20 cents. That money went into the company coffers and the common share count went up.
