So where exactly are we in the cycle?

So where exactly are we in the cycle?
So where exactly is Teracco in the below mining cycle?  Does another sale to another company who might not choose to expedite things result in a flatenning of the curve?   Has Waterton done anything to further feasibility or development of this project?  Who knows since Waterton has not told us anything for almost 1 1/2 years. 

it is true that management has a history of supporting the share price through purchasing shares on the open market.  it is also true that it has been dead money to invest in Terraco for longer than I care to remember. 

We will see what happens in the long run but anyone looking for anything more short term should probably look elsewhere.  I'm sticking around but am getting increasingly frustrated with the Waterton and their refusal to publish anything regarding Spring Valley.
