Dr. Subhash Chandra is still the CHAIRMAN of ESSEL GROUP of COMPANIES and sits on every BOARD. Simba/EGME is not FUNCTIONING as promised.

What ESSEL GME had promised initially when they JV'd Simba is not what we see today.

They have pushed back drilling 2 times and what they have on MENU, I am not buying it either.

I will tell Dr. Chandra to protect the shareholders, make changes in the front offices of BOTH companies so that we can see some shareholder value.

Dr. Subhash, CHAIRMAN upholds and I quote," What will I tell the Shareholders?"
