RE:I'm a big bull on ACB but insider activity is a huge turnoff The average investor, myself included, rallies behind ACB and stresses long term vision by purchasing more stock. Meanwhile these insiders just can't help themselves and they keep selling on the market.
Based on AIF form, about 12% of OS float is held by insiders. Largely Booth and Dobler. That is some comfort.
These new directors are given shares instead of $ compensation to participate in the company's key decision activities.
The fact that they continue to sell without thinking about long-run ability to double the stock, annoys me. These directors are given stock to have them buy-in the company to help grow the value for shareholders including themselves.
When they keep selling, just looks like they don't care. No shame.
If anyone can provide any tip of info that would be great. Everytime I speak to Cam, he says something stupid about short window to sell etc. More transparency is required IMO.
Still long ACB, but fk the directors who keep sending bad vibes to the market.
