RE:Takeout discussionBUS needs to execute and you have to really like their chances at success.  If it is successful a takeout offer down the road makes a ton of sense.  

The scariest thing for a large, established competitor may not be that BUS is successful, but that it is successful and someone else takes it out.  

One thing I noticed previously in one of the analyst reports was increased R&D budgets in 2017 and 2018 (Beacon report initial coverage I think) and this tells us that the company isn't going to sit on its laurels.  I don't know what that's for but could guess its for looking at alternative power plants like hybrid or electric?  or new models? or... ?
