Any guesses as to how low this will go before any news?

Any guesses as to how low this will go before any news?.10, .09, .05?? Obviously the FR of 2016 will push it down further as it's not going to be any good... And how long will it take before we get news? If any... 3 months, 6 months, 9 months? Clearly these guys aren't the quickest bunch out there but this is getting ridiculous!
