Claude McMaster compensation

Claude McMaster compensationthis always comes up every time the stock price goes down....oh how management milks the company and doesnt care about us little shareholders.

It's good to put things in perspective.

Claude's total compensation last year was $790,835 (salary + bonus).
Say whatever you want, I don't know how many of us could have done the job he has, signing all the studios, installing seats in over 30 countries. I'm sure you don't expect him to be paid $100K per year. But let's put that aside for a moment and question the assumption he doesn't care about shareholders.

Claude owns 2.4M D-Box shares, probably many many times more than any one of us here. He also has a total of 6.5M options. Based on the info from the Management Circular and the strike prices of the options, the worth of his total holdings went down from $4.6M when we were at 78 cents to $1.5M at 39 cents. He is down over $3M. 2.9M options (almost half) he's holding are actually worthless right now.

Now all you whiny b*tches out there who think he doesn't care about your 5,000 shares shut up and do some research before opening your mouths.
