It was not a turn around based on fundamentals. They don't disclose the proper information in regards to what they really need to pay pharmacies for sales. Again, sales into wholesalers actually create more risk then sales. The stock can sit at wholesalers, Vanc pays a fee for distribution and then the wholesalers can return the product for 100% refund.
