RE:Rec vs black market Unless you're buying crappy outdoor Mexican shake (doesn't even make it to Canada) pretty much anything the black market has to offer in Canada is quality. Canadian pot consumers are some of the most discerning cannabis consumers there are. There's a reason terms like "shwag, mid grade, top shelf" aren't really popular in Canada like down in the US. Because the Canadian market is very competitive and only the best quality gets through. Not to say there isn't junk shake, sprayed buds, or seedy/insect ridden buds here, but that's quite the rare exception. I've been smoking for 15 years and growing for 10. Trust me, you sell one bad bag of weed and you won't be getting any more phone calls. There's a reason the term BC bud is used to indentify quality, and how it used to trade across the border pound for pound of coke.
