MONTREAL, QUEBEC, April 14, 2017 – Photis Peter Pascali, President and CEO of PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (“PyroGenesis”) announces today that on April 13, 2017, he acquired ownership of 24,436,477 Common Shares (“Common Shares”) in the capital of PyroGenesis at a price of C$0.425 per share (the “Transaction”), representing an aggregate amount of C$10,385,502 and an acquisition of approximately 23.44% of PyroGenesis issued and outstanding shares.
