RE:SA Article on Points

RE:SA Article on PointsThe appointment of Chuck Gillman to the board makes it very likely PCOM will get sold to a private equity firm in the next year. And the author mentions $14-20 in valuation for PE using the 2018 implied guidance by management ($20 million in adjusted EBITDA for BGT, and EBITDA positive for Points Travel and the Loyalty Platform). The author also mentioned that there is a possibility they win back the American Airlines business since American is selling a lot less miles than they had been when they were a partner of Points. Winning back American could probably double the share price in and of itself.
