Kelso should have a full tank car suite of products available by year end which should provide compelling value to clients. I believe Kelso's BOV is a real upgrade to the competition.
If oil prices go over $60 there should be plenty of oil transport for rail since the US can now export oil.
Also, if this microwave technology works in drilling kerogen/oil from Green River Formation there will be huge need for rail tank cars. Results should be in later this year. This method doesn't require any water (fracking requires millions of gallons of water) and may in fact produce 1 barrel of water per 3 barrels of oil - something useful in a desertish environment like Green River.
