Why Taschuk dumping 200k shares?

Hi guys,

can anyone explain why Taschuk dumped 200k shares on the market over 3 days when "good" news is supposed to be released in April?

Don't have a good feeling about the low SP. Using insider purchases or option exercises ramp up before good news.. Here we see opposite.

This Microwave technology maybe no bueno? I read PPT slide about it, and it seems VERY promising if it can be scaled up. GLTA
