The Evening Star property is located in west central Nevada in Mineral County and is comprised of approximately 43 unpatented mineral lode claims totalling over 660 acres. The Sungold property exhibits striking similarities with the geologic setting of the past producing Shebandowan mine.

So in your world, you think guys are going to cash in their warrants and make 2 cents on the dollar, or break even at $0.12? Why would anyone in their right mind do that? Or are people in the business of losing money now, all of a sudden?
