I am sick and tired of stupid people harping on the "dilution". PPY bought high-quality assets at rock-bottom prices. Yes, they did issue shares at an uncomfortably low level, but they paid so little for the new reserves that it doesn't matter. If you value the acquired assets at what they are really worth, it is equivalent to them issuing shares at $10.

And to suggest that PPY should wait and buy UGR for cash, just where is that cash suppsoed to come from? Just another stupid comment.
