Is anyone following T.IRD??

Is anyone following T.IRD??That comany jumed up $2 a few days ago.  It had already been trading over $2 and is now at $4.21.  I had a quick look into them, and they don't really have any sales yet.  I think they are being bought out.

My question is why were they trading over $2 and we are still stuck down below a dollar??
