I know Gonzalo in person.
He is talented, professional and smart.
He has been recently appointed CEO of Coripuno, a gold mine belonging to the same group (Infinita prosperidad minera) to which also belongs Consorcio Minero Horizonte (the third gold producer in Per).
Similarly, Mr. Ferraro (former CEO of Coripuno) had not a career in mining but in agricultural engineering.
I see that they are just reinforcing management with this move.
