I have owned MBA for over 17 years     (yes 17) 
During that time I have bought and sold many many shares ,many many times.
Toby is trying his best and just pulled of a major coup  with KGIC
Also his timing on the rental business was explicit  and perhaps also  fortuitious
There will be a time to sell but not now.
 In my opinion this  is a very good time to own shares in MBA
Webbroker is showing PE. ratio for  MBA of 5.75,    lowest on my watch list.Not sure how hey arrived at that but impressive
