Silence

SilenceNot returning any calls or emails. CRNT filed a shelf prospectus to issue shares  April 7. They could possibly be  buying Dragonwave. They have a good presence overseas but not good percentages in North America. They have 35 million cash and only 17 million debt so they don't need funds . Makes sense to go after Dragonwave . Especially when there are no management shares  to get in the way.  I feel that they will offer around 2.80 per share. Sabby will be very happy to take that and double their money very quickly.  Also takes care of the compliance issue. Perhaps this is why it is a non event. If this is going to happen it will be soon. I'm sure the buyer does not want the share price to increase. This is pure speculation, however, it makes total sense, perhaps not to long dwi shareholders , but in a business sense, where management does not own enough shares to block a takeover, and also where management has decided to totally block out their shareholders by not returning calls or emails. So much for good ethical practice by a publicly owned company. glta
