RE:RE:RE:RE:What is really amazing is the factThat the ASC even allowed them to release this news. The conclusion is, ASC approached SJL with the post on the battery, and said is this accurate and you released material info through a shareholder?
Ogilvie would have to respond yes. So now the ASC is in a quandry. He broke the law again, assuming the poster was not lying and Ogilvie did release that info to him. Now they have to get the info out so as not to have some acting on insider info when others do not have it.

So they allow this NR.

My bet is Ogilvie just got himself another one on one with ASC lawyers out of this. DO NOT expect this pop to hold. It could be detrimental to your financial health.
