SJL's continuous disclosure obligations are not suspended during an investigation by the regulators. Material information, financials, etc. will still need to be released in a timely manner.
Almost certainly, any disclosure will require regulatory review prior to release, however. I can see regulatory fingerprints on today's NR. Qualifying statements, conditional language.....both of those were not part of PO's repertoir before now. I don't recall seeing the word "if" before, as an example.

Disclosure Obligations are not suspended, I agree, but when your disclosure is as flakey as Ogilvies, ie no supporting data, global statements, better than, and no measures to accurately determine quality, quantity, accuracy, or even the slightest amount of proof... I would have bet good blood that ASC would have shat on him..... yet, here we are... an NR
with no data, no comparator info, no verification on testing info, nothing, just a nice pump article with no supporting info.....ASC is either asleep or does not have a clue what to look for?
