They will already be paying royalties to the government of Nunavut...I assume some of that is supposed to go back to the nunavut communities. They also will be on the hook for the ever increasing carbon tax levy to the federal government.
The all weather road goes by some IOL lands and I know some of the claims they own and I think even some of the kimberlite s along the coast that have been found are also on IOL lands.

Community presentation clearly shows the IOL lands and it does show some of the kimberlites on those lands as well.
I have seen these images before and the term IOL. I don't know if PGD or of the documents have ever referred to them as being with QIA. Obviously you know better then me on this.
To get to the project going...everyone does have to try and play nice including working with all various organizations....but that being said...it sure would a very different relationship if CH6 and CH7 were smack dab in the middle of an IOL boundary.
