You are correct and they must share relevant news. However the time of day means nothing and a news release can and is released at any hour of the day.

They can probably aim for a specific date but if contracts weren't officially signed or wrapped up by parties invilved than it can't be officially realeased. They have to abide by proper rules and regulations. Imho
