RE:financing

RE:financing

If a bank or other institution, helps with financing any of IVN's projects.
Do they get paid, interest, on their financing, or is it a percent of shares, or what?
Yeah, I know, that is up to RF.

I am assuming that any partners, K&K or Platreef, will have to pay their share of the financing
according to their percentage of interest in what ever project.
I realize that the country governments(of where the assets are located) or what ever government entities involved, aren't required to be involved in this.

The talk of IVN selling Kipushi to finance the other 2 projects confuses me.
What about the existing partners, and their share, what about the financial institutions?
If Kipushi can bankroll this, why are there talks about other methods of finance?

I'm interested to get some thoughts on this.

There are a couple of different things you'ver e talking about here. A joint venture is a partnership, where one party sells a portion of an asset for a set fee, often with other conditions attached
. When talking about debt financing, you're looking more at a classic loan, where a lender provides capital at interest.
RF has repeatedly said he doesn't want to dilute (issue shares) to finance the projects.
Selling Kipushi was only one scenario, we really have no idea what will happen.
