Do they publish NAV?  This would help.  I also have ELC., also a closed end small fund.   They only do NAV quarterly, was 55 cents and trades at 40.

Of course you have to believe in Mgfmt...  many got burned on PNP pinetree... from several $$ to 1.5 cents due to the mismanagement and stupidity by former mgmt.  Luckily the debentures paid off in full.

Same for Aberdeen under that horrible mgmt.

But I like the mgmt in ELC and time will tell on this one here.... so far so good.
