IM-17-072; -078 Nuggety as Cow Mtn

IM-17-072; -078 Nuggety as Cow MtnRecalling that Cow Mountain's resource estimate was overblown because they did not constrain or cap the results at a reasonable upper limit, Island Mtn is showing the same effect in the recent drill results... eg.
17-072 reports 32.06G/T over 30M ... but that broad 32.06 g/t interval is skewed by several very narrow intervals with very high gold content ... eg 0.5M of 272 g/t, and 0.85M of 760 g/t, etc
17-072 similarly reports 11.42 g/t over 28.55M ... including 0.55M of 219 g/t.
No doubt about it, there's plenty of gold in that dirt - the downside is, the resource model will have to reduce these "nuggety" effects in the overall resource report ... the good news is, the resource report will be on the low end reporting how much gold is actually in that dirt.
Once we start mining, we will most certainly recover more gold than the resource report said was in the ground.
