That's great news but even if we get the conversion reversed, we still need over 53 million to carry the day. In a situation such as this, there should be no default clause that allows unvoted proxies to automatically go in favour of the board's recommendations. The meeting was requisitioned by concerned shareholders to replace the current board. Only the proxies that were actually voted blue or green should count. I would hate to lose this battle simply because a few million shares went unvoted... BH
