RE:RE:RE:Election of Directors
It could be there's some disfuction within the team that prevents it from being effective. Aside from Beaty, Cornhill is the only one I feel strongly should remain because he helped build AltaGas!  :-0  Someone who has that kind of experience in growth and development should add value to the SP.

I kind of feel a bigger "meh" about the CEO. He seems qualified, but... If a significant portion of his experience is securing transactions, maybe he's not quite the right person for other key aspects like steering business strategy and development. Then again, he just may have a yawn of a blurb written for him that doesn't tell his whole story well. But that's acutally important — the belief that your CEO is dynamic and driven is a big value-add as far as public perception.

Unfortuntately, I haven't been following AXY long enough to be able to gauge the board's effectiveness overall. I

I'm also revising my opinion on Fox a bit. Her competencies seem about right but TerraForm (the other board she sits on) is presently getting their hands slapped for being late with some financials, so they are no longer meeting their NASDAQ compliance obligations and one of their affiliates is filing for Chapter 11 (separate legal entity, but still.)
