Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Lights out, the party is over,
Seems all things come to an end!

Broken dreams, but hearts will mend!

For sure one of the most important things one can have in life is a good reputation. In my eyes there has been some serious tarnishing applied to several reputations here. I think of a saying, forgotten from my past, " Time heals all wounds, but just as surely time wounds all heels !"

I'm thinking there might be a few people having a bit of a problem in facing up to their mirror, in looking squarely into the eyes of the man in the glass.

I'm going to miss visiting this board. I guess now must face up to what to do with what's left of Ithaca proceeds. It looks like we're in a period where buying bargain stocks can very quickly result in a 10 or 15 % paper loss - cash doesn't look the least bit appealing at interest rates as they are but very well may be proven the right place!

Thanks for all the opinions expressed this past few years. This has been an interesting adventure albeit not a very profitable one.
