Some got to win some got to lose

Some got to win some got to lose Some got to win some got to lose good time Charlies got the blues

Waylon Jennings - Good Time Charlie's Got The Blues Lyrics

I
find myself reflecting in a man or similar to cigar ( lyrics),
Reflecting As to why anyone is worried for Macquarie.
Are they not professional bankers with intrinsic specialized knowledge?
Why are they getting Maguire and Bennet Jones via Adhoc to fund an end run at getting fees. if they had a " "VALID " claim they would be general creditors and could likely be ahead of lawyer fees and certainly debentures holders. Perhaps receiver told them to take a hike with their unsubstainated claim. Perhaps there's a back room deal to give $ kickback to Adhoc group if they are successful.  As oilconsult stated "vultures picking the carcus clean"

perhaps so many of these non Adhoc pro fee supporters have always had a job where they can look to someone else to pay them for every hour they spend at work. No risk minimal reward. And are so used to being screwed they can't tell the difference anymore. Perhaps they have never spent time working on deals that fell through. Without pay. Big risk big rewards. But I would be the first in line if I could have both. No risk big rewards. But that's not the way it works in real world
