RE:New bill's device section looked atUntil the device can do what they say, and it still needs calibration according to Cannabix last press release, perhaps yes.  Until this device is finalized and ready for testing to be used for the law, its not being used.  It has not been released to market.   There are swab tests that can do the same thing "within two hours"....then they bring the suspect in for blood test to confirm?       Cannabix has so much potential, but the device is not ready.
I'm not in favour of a US company, but HoundLabs apparently has a device tested by police in enforcement.
