RE:RE:RE:Next deposit into NMX's bank account ....They said the funding would be complete in the first quarter of 2017 right? 

In any case if the project is safe, they can finance the project only by borrowing.

They have the government behind them and several big investors of long standing who i think would prefer a borrowing has a dilution.
