Just wanted to understand why you think we need a PP and a capital raise...we have cash on hand and we have just dramatically cut our monthly cash burn - enroute to profits and cash flow positive status...acquisitions perhaps? Though that could be through issuance of shares and a reasonable cash offer...capital improvements to the newly acquired facilities would require cash but not extreme amounts to force a step to the market...open to your opinion and further details if you are up for expansion on your comments.
