All purchases have been  positive to earnings and paid for out of cashflow

I talked many times last year with David the former I r point person at crh

and I remember him saying during a dry purchase period that they would be debt free at the end of 2016 based on cash flow alone

They have one debt at 12 million I believe that is locked in at 12 percent till the end of this year 
I am sure they will pay that off out of cash flow and or their credit line at three percent
more dollars to the bottom line
