Wow, great article. I think we are close to hearing news on the MegaCentre. Clearly there is money out there to push these projects, and there isn't many better places to invest in housing than Vancouver / LMD. There will be a CONTSTANT demand. I wonder if Toby can surprise and have all levels of financing lined up?
