RE:RE:RE:RE:SEDAR linkHey LithiumGuyLi,

Here is my rationale....

The company has a history of issuing their audited financial statements either the last week of April or the first week of May. (Corroborated by the document of filing) With that date coming up, I am expecting a little bit of excitement to build up around the company due to the following reasons:

- In their last MD & A, they disclosed that they had hired a consultant to help them with the purchase of currently operating oil and gas properties in Tunisia and Oman. With the recent stabilization of oil prices and the relatively low cost to produce oil in those regions, even a ~700bpd production, would generate significant cash flow for the company. (significant in their world) This will help them with their cashflow issues and should be able to get rid of the going concern issue. IMO

- They also have a quite a large amount of options outstanding. And although I know options don't typically have a large impact on stock price, given the large difference between carrying value and option value, there will be quite a bit of pressure on this stock to increase. Again, just IPO.

I don't have any inside knowledge and only have a small investment in the company, but I think there may be some light at the end of the tunnel.

I look forward to your thoughts.
