RE:Retailer Panic

RE:Retailer Panic
retiredcf wrote: This is when the retailers really get hammered. They see the SP, panic, and sell at the worst possible time.  Essentially nothing has changed in the last few days aside from a short report from what looks to be a very questionable company and a Motley Fool article jumping on board and comparing CRH to VRX.

Provided that the earnings on Wed come in reasonably close to estimates (revenue of $21.5 million and adjusted earnings of $0.04/share), we could be setting up for a very powerful rebound. Unfortunately those who have already jumped off the cliff will be out of luck. GLTA

The magnitude of the selloff is impressive.

Amazing that they'd throw in the comparison to VRX. Which expensive drugs does CRH sell? How are the debt levels comparable?

I expect the pro shorts have started to cover and the retail shorts are shorting while the retail investors are selling.

Anyway, we may have to go test the 200 DMA.
