hey all

hey allThe fact that this closed below 20 bucks is utter nonsense...the cash supports a much higher stock price along with what these guys earn...a P/E of less than 5 on a company earning about a dollar per share per quarter and paying a 26 cent dividend....this is waaayyyyy oversold.  a few brokers puxhing through a few suspect deals means nothing in the grand scheme of things...This has been happening for years...people will always push the envelope not to mention the loan to value averages about 60%....this is a serious buy....the OSC will slap their wrists and it will be business as usual....a steal right now....People are such weaklings....the cash is there and cash is king....25 bucks easy here.....GL
