Fluorescence - rough diamonds

Fluorescence - rough diamondsA topic I don't think I have discussed at all..but it has become front and centre with Gahcho Kue as a whole two pages dedicated to it.- Page 18 and 19

Then I dug up some information on Chidliak to figure out what the state of those high quality white stones are when it comes to flourescence.

On the CH-7 valuation news release.

"Fluorescence is another issue which can affect value, particularly that of the gem white goods. WWW therefore tested several gem, white goods across various sizes from the parcel and although some light fluorescence was present, very few stones showed strong fluorescence”

Yet another property that differentiates Chidliak stones from other Canadian diamond stones.

Maybe has something with the cold mantle that makes Chidliak unique to most...if not all kimberlite pipes in the world.

LONG...PGD
