Good question and concern.  From everything I've read RTI has cleaned up their financials as of late.  They have a patented technology that should have other mj companies envious.  They are in pursuit of other relations with companies outside of mj revenue which should add to value.  
If its true buy on rumour?..clearly not the case here.....yet...
Does this answer your question, maybe no, but other than the Aurora equation many investors aren't seeing the potential in this stock.  
It's still an off the radar play and it's claim to fame will be via Aurora or using their map technology to secure future deals.....
its one of those diamond in the rough plays ....one way to look at it as I do....money is to be made when others are selling and you're buying / holding....we can't always predict exact time to buy but greater gains are always made when a stock is off the radar....
There's too much right about this stock now....so either we hold and wait....buy on the dips if we can afford it and wait for pay day or sell and move on...
i plan to hold as from what I keep reading and as booth stated....radient is a game changer....keep the faith
